Frosty is very different than other Berseem Clovers. Frosty offers more cold tolerance Legume that is a very small seed and when combined with ryegrass and other fall planted forages it can be planted as low as 2-3 pounds per acre. It also does a good job of producing seed for reseeding itself. Usage is normally in mixtures for wildlife and provides a bridge in the gap between cool season plants and warm season plants.
