1/2 – 1cup per 5 lbs. of body weight up to 8 months.
1/3 – 1/2 cup per 5 lbs. of body weight up to 12 months.
To encourage consumption, the food may be moistened in a ratio of five parts food to one part liquid. Offer as much moist food as your puppies will consume in 15 minutes. When feeding moistened food, it is important to clean food bowls after each feeding to prevent spoilage. As your puppies begin to consume the moistened food, gradually reduce the amount of liquid until your puppy is accustomed to eating the dry food.
We recommend you divide the daily amount of food between two or more meals offered at similar times each day. Always provide your dog with plenty of clean, fresh water. Keep all feed and water bowls clean. If you are switching your dog from another diet to MFM 27-10, make sure you gradually make the transition over a period of one week.
