Forage oat that has good disease tolerance, straw strength, good grazer. Additionally, it is an early maturity oat with high grain yields. In North Texas we find that it matures along with TAMO 606 and Bobs. It is a PVP variety and is owned by TriCal. The variety was developed with help from Texas A&M with some genetics from Florida oat lines.
